CONGRATULATIONS on taking the first step to PEAK Health!
HERE ARE YOUR NEXT STEPS:
1. You will need to enroll yourself into the PEAK Member Portal, it’s called “Practice better”.
This is where all of your records will live, and you can schedule appointments & message us through it. There is also a mobile app for it that you can download onto your phone (we’ll send a link to that in an email).
If you signed up your children who will be under your account using your email address, we will enter their information into the system for you. YOU DO NOT NEED TO ENROLL THEM.
If you signed up with another adult who has a different email address, you can use the link above more than once to enroll them into the PEAK Member Portal.
2. If you or your child need an acute visit, meaning that you would like a next day visit, please call our office at (570) 366-2613 to be scheduled.
3. MAKE SURE YOU RECEIVE OUR EMAILS. Look out for a few emails that will come from the address ‘email@example.com‘, so please WHITE-LIST this email or add it to one of your contacts, ESPECIALLY if this email landed in your spam or junk folder. Doing that tells your email provider that you want to hear from us and you won’t miss any emails. If for some reason you do not see any emails after enrolling into the PEAK Member Portal, please call our office at (570) 366-2613.
4. DOWNLOAD THE MOBILE PHONE OR TABLET APP to access the PEAK Member portal on your phone. Access your care through the app!
