He trained for an ultramarathon until his wife found out she was pregnant and they couldn’t run the 31.1 miles. They ran a half marathon instead to celebrate. The furthest he’s run is a marathon (26.2 miles) and he is training for a 90 mile, 8000ft elevation gain gravel bike race.

What Is Brandon’s Superpower & Favorite Thing To Do At PEAK

“I love handling all of the musculoskeletal problems, from things that take a quick treatment to restore full function and reduce pain to the ones that are more complex. We treat any spinal complaints as well as those in the extremities (carpal tunnel syndrome, rotator cuff, knee issues, plantar fasciitis, etc.). The part of the job that gives me the most satisfaction is when patients have full relief from treatment. The quick and easy cases are great, but what really boosts the ego/makes me feel good is when we have a patient that has been suffering and not having any improvement, but we figure out how to biomechanically fix the issue and they have drastic improvement. My superpower is biomechanical assessment and treatment – I have the knowledge of how the body moves, we assess to see what’s not moving properly, and then we try to fix it.”

How Long Has Brandon Worked In Healthcare/Health & Wellness

Brandon has been working in chiropractic care since 2012.

Why Did Brandon Decide To Go Into The Health & Wellness Field?

“I set my sights to dual major in computer science/computer security at ESU. After a year of programming, I realized how much I hated computers and how much I like people. I shadowed chiropractors and other medical professionals and decided I wanted to make the career change.”

What Does Brandon Like Most About Integrative Medicine

“The ability to comanage patients without the hassle. We can easily get the patient what THEY NEED without complication or resistance. Every occupation in healthcare has it’s place, but not one profession will fix everything. “

Who Is Brandon’s Hero Or Person Who Inspires Him?

“I have a lot of idols/heroes/mentor from my parents to friends to in-laws to coworkers. We have an amazing team at PEAK and they help give inspiration to be a better healthcare provider. If we’re talking “celebrity” idol/hero, Peter Attia MD because he is a forward-thinking doctor that wants to improve the broken healthcare system.”

Brandon’s Note To You

“PEAK is medicine 3.0. It is the future of medicine. I look forward to being part of this journey to help our members be the best version of themselves.”
